This privacy policy pertains to all users of this website. At Innovez, LLC we only accept online orders and orders made be telephone; we cannot accept fax or e-mail orders. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers personal and financial information. We have established strict policies and security measures to protect your personally identifiable information you disclose to us during registration or at any other point during your online experience. You can order with the assurance that you will not receive junk mailings or phone calls from us or other sources.

    We protect your financial information and privacy by using SSL encryption technology, hosting our site on secure servers, and maintaining Secure Site status. When you provide us with any personal information, such as your credit card number during checkout, our SSL data encryption ensures that no one can read this information as it is transmitted over the Internet. Your information (such as your name, address, financial information, and email address) is safely stored behind a firewall that protects it from users on other networks. To further protect our customers, financial credit card information is encrypted on our networks so employees do not have access to credit card numbers. All credit card information is automatically deleted from our databases after two weeks to ensure that if a security breach does occur, minimal information is compromised.

    We collect information to process your order, notify you of matters that may be of interest and improve your Innovez online shopping experience, such as e-mail addresses, domain names, the number of visits each page receives, and other information you may volunteer. All transaction information including credit card numbers and other varying methods of payment is strictly confidential and remains secure. We do not share or sell our customers list and personal information with any third parties except where we are legally required to do so.

    In addition, we will never knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that any personally identifiable information collected is from a person under 13 years of age, that information will be deleted from our database.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Most of our merchandise are warehoused and shipped from Chicago, IL in excellent condition. Once we receive and verify your payment, your order will begin processing. It will be packed into its suitable packaging and shipped to the specified shipping address placed on your order. We will ship your order the same business day if placed before 1PM EST. Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number. The designated shipper then controls the shipping time based on distance from our Illinois warehouse. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after payment verification process depending on the distance and chosen shipping method. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, then it will be delivered the next business day.

    We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping for US customers only. For our customers located outside the U.S. we offer Expedited International Shipping. Please see International Shipping Policy below for more information on international shipping, customs, and duty charges. There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within the expected time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. Most orders do not require a signature. If your order requires a signature, it is your responsibility to be at the door to sign a release waiver for the package. Neither Innovez nor shipping carrier will be responsible for the lost of any package left at your front door. Please contact your local mailing station for more details.

Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges.



  • International
  • All international orders (outside the U.S.) are shipped with International Shipping and includes a tracking number. Typical shipping times are 7-12 business days. If you are expecting very fast delivery (i.e. within 3 business days), you may contact our customer care department at customercare@innovezcases.com or Toll Free at 1-888-688-1561. This does not include any time your shipment might be delayed going through customs; Innovez is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. There are custom authorities involved in this process, once your country's custom clears the package, it will pass to your local mailing system for delivery. Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. Internationally orders will usually accrue additional taxes, duties, VAT and other fees associated with customs. These fees can be an additional 20%-30% of your total order. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details and an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. When placing an order through our website, we only include the cost of shipping the order internationally and handling fees. Any additional taxes, duties, and other fees charged by customs officials or our shipping company are not included on our Website and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

    Note: We will not ship to some countries, because of the high rate of fraudulent orders reported for those countries. We are not responsible for your order if you choose the wrong country when ordering your product from the drop down menu and your shipment was not received as a result. If you have chosen the wrong country, please contact us immediately so we can redirect the shipment if it is possible.



  • Warranties
  • Innovez, LLC warrants your products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. All Innovez products purchased new are covered under a limited warranty for ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase. Warranties are non-transferable. Innovez will replace the product at no charge or refund the purchase price shown on your receipt. Under no circumstances, will the warranty apply after this time.

    Only manufacturer’s defects are covered under the warranty terms. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

    This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the same model originally purchased. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you should contact Innovez Customer Care Department. Just send an e-mail to customercare@innovezcases.com for additional information and specific details. The Innovez product purchase must be legitimated by an order number and an invoice. Note: This Limited Warranty applies only to Innovez Product originating from Innovez, LLC.



  • Return Policy
  • Items purchased through innovezcases.com
    We guarantee all merchandise sold by innovezcases.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item(s) purchased from us, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After 30 days, Innovez cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

    To return an item:
    Please send us an email at customercare@innovezcases.com with the following information:

    1. Product Order ID (in subject of email)
    2. Name of product
    3. Exchange or Refund
    4. Reason for return
    5. Specify defect in product, if any
    6. Any other comments (any feedback on our products or service)

    Returned products must include all original accessories, all packaging materials, and reason for return. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. To exchange a case for a different one, you must place a new order online, which will be handled as a standard order. The refund for the returned case will be issued once it has been received and checked by our Return Department.
